Quick Keto Dinner For One

What if there is only one of you? I know it's hard to cook a delicious meal just for one. Here are several examples of recipes that can be adapted to one serving:

  • Salmon and asparagus bake. You can bake 1 piece of salmon and 1 portion of asparagus.
  • Taco Stuffed Peppers. Halve the recipe, then portion into individual containers. Freeze what you don't eat.
  • Sloppy Joes. Halve or cook the whole recipe, and portion it into single servings. These make great leftovers. Anything you don't eat can go into the freezer for later.

Make Ahead Ideas
